Founder

Verdevivo is led by Steve, whose approach to landscapes is shaped by years of hands-on experience working closely with outdoor environments. Through this work, he developed a deep appreciation for the subtle patterns that shape a property—the movement of water, the rhythm of plant growth, and the feeling a space creates for the people who spend time within it.

Over time, this perspective evolved into a philosophy of stewardship: caring for landscapes in a way that supports their natural balance while guiding them toward their fullest potential. Stephen founded Verde Vivo to bring this thoughtful, attentive approach to the properties he serves, helping landscapes flourish while creating outdoor spaces that feel calm, vibrant, and deeply enjoyable.
